In addition to our regular offerings, head chef Pete Goodridge curates an array of exciting daily specials that highlight the best of the season. Pete’s ever-changing specials showcase his creativity and commitment to using the freshest ingredients, ensuring that every visit offers something new and delicious to try. Breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 9:45 am, by booking only. It features a delightful buffet with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit salad, avocado, juices, pastries, toast, tea/coffee, and a cooked breakfast of your choice, all for just £16.95 (under 12s £7.50). Meet the Chef
Our head chef Peter Goodridge Reynolds started his career with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir for 3 1/2 years. He spent several more years working across Europe and in other Michelin star establishments. He joined us after a very successful 5 1/2 year spell at the Horse & Groom in Woodgreen.
